Michael Tsang specializes in commercial litigation and commercial transactions. Prior to forming The Tsang Law Firm, P.C., Mr. Tsang gained his experience from some of the largest and most prestigious national law firms. He has represented individual clients, domestic and international corporations, including Fortune 100 companies and triple "A" rated banks in the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America. He has also litigated cases in state and federal courts across the country. Over the course of his career, Mr. Tsang has successfully prosecuted and defended numerous commercial actions, including contractual disputes, fraud, as well as disputes involving corporate finance, equipment leasing and finance, real estate, insurance, bankruptcy, and landlord/tenant disputes.
