Michael Tsang specializes in commercial litigation and commercial transactions. Prior to forming The Tsang Law Firm, P.C., Mr. Tsang gained his experience from some of the largest and most prestigious international law firms. He has represented high-net-worth individual clients, and domestic and international corporations, private and public, including Fortune 10 companies and triple "A" rated banks in the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America. He has also litigated cases in State and Federal courts across the United States. Over the course of his career, Mr. Tsang has successfully prosecuted and defended numerous commercial actions in a diverse range of areas, including contractual disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate finance, equipment leasing and finance, real estate, insurance, bankruptcy, and landlord/tenant disputes. 

Michael Tsang is a graduate of Brandeis University and he earned his law degree from the New York Law School. He is an experienced world traveler, having visited over 25 countries and 100 cities across five continents.
