MICHAEL TSANG, ESQ.

Attorney Michael Tsang specializes in commercial litigation and commercial transactions.  Prior to forming The Tsang Law Firm, P.C., Mr. Tsang gained extensive experience from the largest and  most prestigious international law firms.  He has represented and advocated on behalf high-net-worth individuals, and domestic and foreign corporations, including Fortune 100 companies and triple "A" rated banks in the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America.  Mr. Tsang has successfully prosecuted and defended numerous commercial litigation matters and appeals in both State and Federal courts throughout the United States.  Over the course of his career, Mr. Tsang's experience in litigating commercial lawsuits include matters involving contractual disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, corporate finance, commercial equipment leasing and financing, real estate, insurance, bankruptcy, and landlord/tenant disputes.
